A monthly fee of $1,450 for single occupancy includes a host of services, amenities, and activities:

• Full service, fine dining each day at noon in our beautiful dining room.
• Order your luncheon entrée the day before. Our full-time master chef will prepare your meal to perfection. If you prefer, we'll deliver luncheon to your door.
• Wellness clinics on site
• Transportation provided in our van several times a week to events, activities, and shopping. Private taxis are available on a fare basis.
• Afternoon tea served in our community living room, where playing cards and doing puzzles are popular activities.
• Cocktail hour each Friday at 4 pm, live entertainment once a month, and regular outings to local cultural events and places of interest.
• Weekly housekeeping services
• All utilities (except telephone service)
• 24/7 emergency-response system in every home with a call service button.
• Full-time maintenance of common areas and the grounds, including painting, cleaning, snow removal, lawn mowing, and gardening

For couples sharing a home, a fee of $700 a month will be added for the second person. As a condominium owner, you will enjoy full ownership rights and privileges, including an active voice in the management of your condominium association. You will be responsible for paying your own condominium real estate taxes.
